1. How to get your samples
Chemical Sample is sometimes critical for application and purchase according to our years of supplying practices. our solution is: 1. for unit values less than 10usd/kg, we provide free samples;
2. the international delivery charges collected in advance through westernunion, Paypal. alipay or bank transferring; 3. for some sorts of chemicals refused by air plane shipping companies, a third company test is suggested.
2. How to finish payment?
as to LCL order, T/T is accepted.
as to FCL order, T/T, L/C and their combination are optional according to order volume.
3. Why no price info for the products supplied?
Chemicals production costs are influenced by raw materials supplying, environment policies and energy consumption, so we cannot provide a fixed or yearly based price for any item we supplied. however, as an experienced chemicals supplier, we can choose the most costeffective producer to work with. especially the products listed in our PRODUCTS.
4. How will the purchased chemicals be delivered?
chemicals produced in our local factories will shipped from Yueyang port for FCL order but LCLs order have to shipped from Shanghai port. for items produced in other area, generally our forwarding agent will arrange the nearest shipping terminal to load.
